And then we took the coolest ride of our lives! Our cute and awesome boutique hotel sent drivers to pick us up. In tuk-tuks. Which I felt skeptical about as we saw them, but my hesitations immediately vanished. Hyrum is in LOVE with tuk-tuks. They are so fun to ride and the drive along the basically one paved road in all of Siem Riep was so beautiful and amazing. The people were lovely and all of everything. We were all completely thrilled and in love with Cambodia by the time we arrived at our hotel. And from there it just got better. The accommodations were excellent and the people were so friendly and happy and smiley.

Hello Cambodia.
Went to sacrament meeting in the morning. Then off to check out of the apartment and grab a couple taxis to the airport. The plane ride to Cambodia was SO short...about 2 hours. The kids were all like "we are already there?!" Haha. After those never ending flights it was barely enough time to fill in the entry slip.
When we landed we were all really shocked by the 'airport'. It was such a tiny little one story building. And there was only one other plane. We exited by a wheeled staircase and had to walk across the tarmac. It was so cute and quaint. We were in awe and thus began our love of Cambodia.

Sentosa with Grandma and Grandpa
While Hyrum was sleeping and I was packing Taylor and the kids took Grandma and Grandpa down to Sentosa Island. They explored a different part than the kids and I had seen so it was lots of new fun. They found a giant Merlion that you can go inside. You climb up to the top and there is a lookout in his mouth. They had a great day walking around the island and checking everything out!

Packing Up Singapore
Saturday was our last full day in Singapore. Hyrum and I spent the day packing up all our stuff. I gathered everything into one room and then put him for a nap while I got it all stuffed into our 6 suitcases.
Later that night I took a taxi to Jenna's to drop off 3 of our suitcases that we didn't need for the Cambodia/Thailand trip. And I had to get a picture of the "Texas Chicken" at her mrt stop. The kids and I think it's so funny because in Texas it is actually called Church's Chicken, same logo and everything.
Then after the kids were to bed Taylor and I and his parents walked down to the Newton Hawker Court because Taylor really wanted us to eat chili crab. It is yummy and really messy. Also quite pricey so it was nice to go without the kids. A busy, full day!

Chinatown!
Friday Kathy and Bryan went down to campus with Taylor to look around. He finished up and got all his stuff gathered. That evening we finally went to Chinatown which we LOVED. It was so, so cool there. Even the mrt stop was awesome with the cool Chinese writing on the ground. All the people and shops and buildings and lanterns and amazingness. LOVED. And the prices were excellent on everything. =] We had some delicious dumplings and dim sum. We took this great picture in front of the temple/church and Hannah was crying in the first one for some reason so we had to take another. Did some shopping, saw some monks, and had a great time.
