Here are some adorable pictures of Hannah. Isn't she cute?

I am overjoyed, thrilled, ecstatic to be having a girl. I wanted two boys to begin with so that worked out well, but I am ready for a girl. My little Hannah Mae.
But I have to admit that I am a little scared. Everyone talks about how cute girl clothes are, but when I went shopping I kept looking at all the cute boy clothes and had to remind myself I wasn't buying for them. I think little boy clothes are super adorable and lots of fun to buy. But I'm pretty non-frills. My wardrobe consists of three colors (black, brown, and white)...maybe red if I'm feeling crazy. I guess I just need to immerse myself in pink and ruffles, then I won't be able to stop.
Also I had a hard time finding cute summer stuff (3-9 mo for Hannah) that was modest. I have never encountered that with my boys. So that will be something new and probably annoying. I guess I will just need a large stack of white onsies on hand. Does Shade clothing make under tees for babies? =]
Plus boys are rough and tough. I find moms with girls staring at my boys' antics in terror and hyperventilating. And I think, What? Are they doing something they shouldn't? That doesn't look nearly as dangerous as what they came up with yesterday...
And of course the screeching. The high pitched yelling for no reason or for a simple tap. So much screaming and drama.
I'm sure Hannah will be a tom-boy. Right?

Whoa, there's been a lot of development since I last came to your blog. Here's my take on your last several posts: Matt can jump! (Marielle can't.) * Talmadge? Is that supposed to be a boy's name? * YOU'RE HAVING A GIRL! Let's hope she's not a tom-boy. Every family needs a girl to add some drama.
I put onesie's under Kaylin's clothes if they weren't as modest as I would like, I did let her wear the thicker straped tank tops though without the onesie! I LOVE shopko, Target and JCPenney for her clothes as well as Babies-R-Us! That is where I was able to find the cutest clothes. Now she just reaches out and grabs outfits off the rack if she likes it!!LOL!
I'm so excited for you. I love what you said about wondering if your boys are doing something wrong b/c girls are scared and whatever. I love having a boy frist, because Kate is so touch. Will totally tackles her (full on tackles her) and she just does it right back. It's great. The other day we had some neighbor girls over and Will would just do a dinosaur roar at them and they'd get terrified. I felt really bad, but I'm just glad Kate has a big brother, lol.
Hey, congrats. How exciting that you're having a little girl. She'll be just perfect. And even if she screams (and it seams like for no reason at all), she'll still be perfect!
Good luck with finding clothes you like. I love buying little girl's clothing. You'll get into the swing of it.
Congrats on the good news!!! We are so excited you're having a girl! She's lucky to have 2 older brothers to look out for her.
I bought Hanna an adorable orange dress at Jolenes. I'm in to the lace and frills - so don't stress she will be adorable in orange, pink, yellow, etc. and you will soon get the hang of shopping for a girl.
HANNAH!!!! I'm soo excited!!! Congrats! ps i love your preschool party!
Wow!! Good luck!
